This appointment was different, I called wanted Gaynords make sure that my concern was the only problem prior to making an appointment for the repair. I was told to come in in two days later in the afternoon, which I did. When I arrived the reception person said that they did not have a rack available, good thing Mark overheard the conversation and said he remembered the call and would get it on the rack in a few minutes see if they noted any additional problems. I don’t shop estimates and very put off by the receptionist.
