Was in a delima early morning try omg to get my companion dog to the vet, when I jumped into the car with the dog and suddenly at a turn off my key, loud clicking noise-- dead battery! Neighbors were at work, so i called Gaynors, since I have been a customer for 15+ years! Spoke to Kyle, and he came through. Sent the car with jump box within minutes. The gentleman that came asked me to open the hood, but I told him the battery was on the trunk. But he showed me the connection post under the hood and he connected the clamps and viola, my car started. I asked what the charge was and he said, no worry, and Kyle is already getting your new battery. The gentleman told me to go and take my dog to the vet and then later call Kyle. Dog turned out to be okay, I panicked. Went to Gaynors and about 20 minutes car was purring with new battery installed! What started out to be a high stress morning, Kyle & the car driver of Gaynors came to the rescue and really treated me with much concern and settled my , what was a chaotic morning, with sincere, professional and compassionate help in a time of need!
