Good, honest place. Went in for a basic oil change and that was all that was needed. I appreciate that Gaynor's is honest about work that needs to be done, they dont make a list of frivolous work required. They do have some preventative items to watch for the future, which is good. Trustworthy place.

GREAT PLACE TO GO!!!!! I am sorry so many are having problems here. I went here with an emissions control issue. They got me in easily and quickly. They were able to diagnose that I failed my test due to a gas cap sealing issue. Plus I have been having intermittent engine light issues. The intermittent engine light was one of the reasons I failed emissions in the first place. I thought I was going to end up paying $114.95 for the inspection and diagnosis. Turned out that they just needed to replace the gas cap; they went and tested my car at emissions control for the second time and it passed with no issues. They decided that it was not necessary for me to pay the initial $114.95 and instead only charged me for the gas cap amounting to a reasonable $20.00 or something like that. I think if people like the last couple of postings expect the worse then it only makes sense that they will probably get the worst service. If your upset and angry when you go into a place that is trying to help you out, it is not surprising that you will remain upset and angry and you will more likely find the bad things in a visit than the good things. I feel sorry for Rohit, Shoddy. Generally if you go in with negativity then that is exactly what you get. What do you folks think of the congresswoman we elected who lied to us once she got into office Jaime Herrera, oh I am sorry Jaime Herrere Beutler as she now goes by after we elected here with a false name?

Kevin always takes extremely good care of me. His customer service skills are stellar. Kevin genuinely cares about his clients and it shows. Even though I end up paying over $30.00 for an oil change and I have a coupon for $19.95 it is still worth it as you get what you pay for. Thanks for taking such good care of both of my vehicles.

We brought our '05 Honda Accord Hybrid in for its routine oil change this weekend and, once again, received excellent service. Next week we're bringing in our Dodge Caravan.

Gaynor's was just the repair shop I needed. I have one vehicle and like most of us, work M-F standard business hours. It's difficult to find a shop that has non-standard hours. Not only do I appreciate Gaynor's extended weekday and Saturday hours but they save me by offering a shuttle from and BACK to the shop (Amazing!). Everyone I talked to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The repairs also have a great warranty. The only reason I held back one star is that the time frame to fix my car exceeded the time frame I was quoted. However, I will be a repeat customer for sure.
