Why do we insist on giving you a written estimate instead of offering
one over the phone? It's all in the details. As each year goes by, manufacturers
build their vehicles with more precision and sophistication. That means
an ever-growing volume of specialty parts for many newer cars, trucks
and vans. In addition, there are many sources for these parts.

Using the most sophisticated computer system available, Gaynor's Automotive
searches multiple locations for parts, assuring you the highest quality
and the lowest price.
A written estimate also protects you in another way. By discussing a
written estimate with your service advisor, you know exactly what will
be done, why, and at what cost. You can specify how much work can be done
without your additional authorization. A request for a written estimate
must be made before we begin any work on your vehicle.
The cost of service or repair may not exceed the written estimate by
more than 10 percent unless authorized in advance.
Also, when you run into a more expensive situation, our service advisors
can help you make intelligent, informed decisions about work that should
be done immediately, and what can be scheduled down the line.
Finally, remember that Gaynor's Automotive will give you 90 days to pay,
same as cash. |
